From design to technology, automobiles are changing and developing at a quick pace, and the next generation of car builders is already being groomed to do things that will amaze us. Ford Motor Company wants to encourage that development with its science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math (STEAM) education. STEAM delivers award winning educational kits to the doorstep of America's next designers and engineers.

Ford is paying added attention to fostering design and engineering dreams for girls. Through a partnership with Girl Scouts of the USA, Ford is sponsoring Girls' Fast Track Races which mirror the popular Pine Derby Races enjoyed by Boy Scouts.

Ford wants young girls to dream of fast cars and limitless futures. The Fast Track Races challenges their design skills, engineering skills, and knowledge of weight distribution to build the tracks fastest cars using the STEAM principals.

Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls supports Ford's education efforts and its support of both boys and girls. For more information about our Ford vehicles, contact us today. Our staff is waiting to help you.
