The rumor mill within the automotive world is always an active one, especially when automakers indicate that change is in the future. Recently Dodge was put in the hot seat as rumors began circulating about a possible end to the brand altogether, but we refused to believe anything of the sort could be true. All of us at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Klamath Falls are excited to set the record straight with the latest details released by the automaker.
To set the record straight once and for all, the SRT CEO Ralph Giles, decided it was necessary to respond to the rumors that were spreading on Instagram, by leaving a comment on a photo related to the new Dodge lineup. He confirmed that there was no truth to any of the rumors, and that the Dodge brand wasn't going anywhere. The changes to the lineup were simply part of the brand's goal to become more focused on the direction of the lineup.
In terms of changes that will occur going forward, Giles indicated there would be more emphasis placed on the SRT models. These include the Charger, and Challenger sedans, with the possibility of more trim options being added to the line of Dart models.
